Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you use TalkERP, we collect your account information (name, email, company), conversation metadata (timestamps, tool usage, token counts), and connection credentials for your ERP system. We do not store the raw data returned by your ERP queries — it flows through our system in real-time and is not persisted.
Tenant data isolation
Each customer's data is strictly isolated at the database level using row-level security policies. One tenant's data can never be accessed by another tenant. This applies to conversations, messages, user records, and all configuration data.
AI data handling
Your ERP queries are processed by Claude (Anthropic) with zero data retention. Anthropic does not train on your data. Conversation text is stored in our database for conversation history but can be deleted at any time by the user or tenant admin.
ERP credentials
Your Epicor credentials are encrypted at rest in our database. Each user connects with their own Epicor username and password, inheriting the same role-based access they have in Epicor. We never use shared or admin-level credentials for user queries.
Third-party services
TalkERP uses: Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database), WorkOS (authentication), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), Langfuse (AI observability). Each operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@talkerp.ai. Tenant admins can delete conversations, remove users, and disconnect ERP connections from the admin dashboard.
